Tony Stark, the Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr., Jr.) refuses to hand over the latest technology at the congressional hearing. At the same time, he found that the micro electric arc reactor in his chest was rapidly poisoning the blood with palladium. Depressed, Tony hands over the position of president of Stark Company to Secretary Boz (Gwyneth Paltrow), who takes full charge of the ongoing Stark Expo in New York.
